aromatherapy during pregnancy: jasmine?

anyone with knowledge of aromatherapy or herbs during pregnancy? i’ve heard that in women susceptible to miscarriage the essential oil jasmine should be avoided. i’m almost 25 weeks and wondering if drinking one cup of jasmine white tea will negatively effect the baby or cause early labor?

Hi,

You’re asking about drinking jasmine tea and that’s not have anything to do with aromatherapy. But since your title about aromatherapy, I’ll refer it to jasmine oil.

I’m not sure about drinking jasmine tea, as for jasmine essential oils is not recommended in pregnancy. To know which essential oils are used safe in pregnancy, you can go to : http://www.aromatherapy-at-home.com/essential-oils-for-pregnancy.html.
