How I can sleep?
Essentially K: For some time I can not sleep. I can not find a comfortable position. I tried listening to music, using aromatherapy, tried different pillows, including taking medication to help sleep. This always leads me to sleep. I have a back pain and neck. I can not sleep on my side for too long, or I have shoulder pain. I also wake up several times in the middle of the night, and I need at least half hour to fall asleep again. So someone please suggest how I should be sleeping? In this position and what to do before bedtime?
Have you tried walking a few hours before bedtime? A mild tranquilizer helps. fjw5022
