Does Vileplume learn Mega Drain in Fire Red?
I have a Gloom that I want to evolve into Vileplume with a Leaf Stone. Bulbapedia says that Vileplume starts with two attacks, Aromatherapy and Mega Drain. However, Gloom never learns these attacks. How does Vileplume learn them? Can it? Is Bulbapedia just messed up?

Sometimes pokemon simply learn moves by evolving but I would wait until your Gloom is at least lvl 30 just to see…
