Aromatherapy question – grapefruit seed extract?
Trying to buy some online.
My recipe is telling me to use ‘drops’ of grapefruit seed extract, and the website sells bottles of it in millimitres. So roughly how many drops would I get out of 25ml?
And does anybody know its benefits?
it`s an anti-depressant
drop is a very loose term for a measurement.
i would presume 25ml would be about 100 drops.hope this helps
