Essential oils of nature

What are essential oils? The oils are concentrated plant from which they were extracted. They are "essential" because they have a distinctive essence of the plant. They are also known as volatile oils, because they are composed of bioactive ingredients. This means that they contain substances natural chemicals that interact with biological systems. What oils are known? Lavender, mint, rose and eucalyptus are well known, but there are many others whose tastes citrus fruits such as lemon or orange. Seeds: almonds, anise, celery, cumin and nutmeg

Wood: agar, camphor, cedar, rosewood and sandalwood
